Maintenance Technician

Core Functions:

  • Perform weekly/monthly interior and exterior building inspections and repairs of

  • Check parking lots and pavers for any blemishes and damages that may need repairs or upkeep

  • Assist with duties as assigned to support training camp, gameday, and special events

  • Assist with set up and tear down of common elements for crowd control

  • Assist with daily clean up and safety checks for damaged equipment at Training Camp

  • Daily check of all outstanding work orders; close when completed. To include:

    • Basic plumbing and electrical work

    • Painting/Pressure washing

    • General HVAC system and control

    • General building maintenance

    • Assist with the recycling program

    • Monitor the nighttime cleaning crew

    • Movement of furniture or assistance with facilities projects

    • Material inventories

  • On-hand to assist other departments with projects including assisting the Sr. Facility Manager at the stadium with any assigned projects

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task on various projects

  • High attention to detail and precision

  • Quality assurance

  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Experience & Education:

  • Experience in drywall repair and painting
