
Maintenance Technician

Core Functions:
Perform weekly/monthly interior and exterior building inspections and repairs of
Check parking lots and pavers for any blemishes and damages that may need repairs or upkeep
Assist with duties as assigned to support training camp, gameday, and special events
Assist with set up and tear down of common elements for crowd control
Assist with daily clean up and safety checks for damaged equipment at Training Camp
Daily check of all outstanding work orders; close when completed. To include:
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Painting/Pressure washing
General HVAC system and control
General building maintenance
Assist with the recycling program
Monitor the nighttime cleaning crew
Movement of furniture or assistance with facilities projects
Material inventories
On-hand to assist other departments with projects including assisting the Sr. Facility Manager at the stadium with any assigned projects
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to multi-task on various projects
High attention to detail and precision
Quality assurance
Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve
Effective oral and written communication skills
Experience & Education:
Experience in drywall repair and painting
