Coordinator, Audio & Video

Summary:
Enterprise Center seeks qualified candidates for the position of Audio & Video Coordinator. The primary duty of this position is to program displays and assist with audio/video needs for all events held at Enterprise Center, including Blues hockey, concerts, miscellaneous sporting events, and internal events. Other duties include assisting game night labor, archiving footage, and programming Stifel Theatre’s video displays. This is a salary position with a full benefits package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of events that utilize the building’s audio video systems.
  • Work various game nights as LED producer and IPTV operator.
  • Program Ross Xpressions and the IPTV system that displays content in the facility.
  • Assist with other control room programing including GVG switcher, QSC audio network, Mosaic and GrandMA lighting consoles.
  • Provide departmental support for day-to-day audiovisual needs of the arena.
  • Assist team video personnel, broadcast personnel, IT department and third-party technical personnel.
  • Organize and maintain all equipment in designated storage and work areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting/Communications, Audio/Video Engineering or related field is preferred, however a good candidate without a degree will be considered.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the audio and video production field.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of Audio/Video equipment, terminology, and software.
  • Experience with various AV software and hardware is a plus, including but not limited to, Ross Xpressions, Ross Dashboard, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Danta Manager, Yamaha digital consoles, Grass Valley production cameras, replays, routers and Karrera switcher.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Prior experience with a professional sports team or other live event productions is a plus.
  • Understanding and awareness of production technology and future technologies.
  • Information Technology networking is a plus.
