As a member of our event day Guest Services’ team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience at Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. Our event day Guest Services Representative team members are committed to creating memories that last a lifetime by providing world-class customer service. Your job will be to keep our guests safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
As an event day Guest Services Representative, you will wear many different hats and have many opportunities to gain valuable work experience while working in a fun, fast-paced environment! Our event day positions are perfect for anyone looking to earn extra cash or work in the sports and entertainment industry.

Positions include but not limited to:
Ticket Takers
Greet guests as they enter the building and provide directions and information as needed
Scan guests’ tickets with a smile and friendly greeting
Assist guests with ticket issues, resolve when possible and escalate to supervisor if necessary
Ushers
Serve as the liaison for your assigned seating section(s)
Greet guests and check their tickets as they enter their seating section and direct them to their designated seats
Proactively monitor and report fan code of conduct issues and maintenance concerns
Greeter
Smile and welcome guests to the venue
Assist guests with questions and help them find their way to various points of interest
Skills and Abilities:
Energetic, outgoing personality
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Focused on meeting the needs of our guests
Ability to stay focused on the guests, not the event
Ability to communicate well and clearly with guests
Manage large crowds pre and post event
Ability to handle loud noises from the stadium and its guests
Availability on nights, weekends and holidays as the event schedules dictate
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to speak English effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (unless physically unable to stand)
Ability to walk stairs (not all teams will have stairs in their area, but if redeployed to other areas, the ability to walk stairs may be essential)
Ability to handle heights of the upper bowl areas
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors (no positions allow staff to watch the event at any time)
Must have access to email and access to a computer to check schedules and read event information
Must be able to pass a background check
