About the Role

Seeking a polished, service-oriented individual to coordinate member services for a premium client group at Oracle Park. This position is responsible for providing exceptional and timely customer-service and will play an active role in the management and retention of the membership base by overseeing all aspects of member accounts, billing, Club communications & the events calendar.

  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to members via phone, email, app messaging and direct personal interaction for all member needs including, but not limited to execution of member benefits, event reservations and billing
  • Responsible for processing and charging monthly member billing (i.e. applying Club charges to member accounts, invoicing and collecting annual membership fees)
  • Take the lead in building Club communications (i.e. newsletter, website, social media, in-Club collateral)
  • Lead the process of developing a year-long strategic events program for members; assist Club management with coordination and execution of monthly events.
  • Manage new member on-boarding including sign-ups, orientation, Member Ambassador Program & waitlist engagement
  • Assist Club Manager with the development and coordination of all club sales, membership retention and marketing materials
  • Develop rapport and positive relationships with members and their guests; resolve member issues and customer service inquiries
  • Communicate and enforce membership policies and procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain member database, reservation system and Club website/app
  • Along with Club Manager, coordinate and execute the membership renewal process
  • As needed, serve as Manager on Duty during Giants home games and special events, including Club opening and closing
  • Solicit and develop member-focused and Club-related content for the member newsletter and Club social channels
  • Along with Operations Coordinator, manage general email box and info line

Qualifications

  • Goal oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in an organized fashion within a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • 3+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry, club experience a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Must be proactive and able to think creatively and independently
  • Proven technological aptitude to become proficient in Club’s Customer Relationship Management software systems (Northstar and Salesforce)
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional days and hours

At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 total compensation ,and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision Additionally, this role might be eligible for bonus or incentive awards.
