
E-Commerce & Merchandise Manager
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Merchandise Manager to oversee our retail logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our on-site tour retail outlets, as well as optimizing our supply chain and dot com experience. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition, while simultaneously providing our tour guests with seamless and efficient merchandise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a communication bridge between Artist/Tour Representatives, Venue Management, and the merchandise team for on-site tour retail outlets.
Oversee all aspects of the retail e-commerce supply chain and on-site tour retail outlets, including event merchandising, vendor management, inventory management, order processing, and shipping and event logistics.
Manage and motivate a team of event, shipping and logistics staff to ensure that all e-commerce orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and on-site tour retail outlets are merchandised and operated for an optimal guest experience.
Collaborate with the Director of Retail Merchandise and Manager of Retail Marketing to ensure that the fulfillment process, event merchandising, and logistics is aligned with company goals and standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize the supply chain, logistics, event merchandising, and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers, Artist/Tour Representatives, Venue Management, Director of Retail Merchandise, Manager of Retail Marketing, Team Store Manager, and third-party logistics providers.
Ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with customer expectations and company policies.
Analyze shipping and customer feedback in addition to inventory and event data from daily reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and maintain the e-commerce shipping platform and ensure that all shipping rates and options are up to date.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Director of Retail Merchandise and merchandising team to ensure that products are stocked in a timely manner.
Ensure that the shipping and logistics areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Control $3M+ worth of sales and inventory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Proficient in e-commerce shipping platforms and order management systems.
Strong understanding of shipping carrier regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this non-exempt role is $65,000 - $70,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
