As our IPTV/Digital Asset Specialist - Part-Time, you will be responsible for scheduling and reporting engaging and unique content for the Rose Quarter digital signage network that would include concourse, in-arena signage, outdoor stanchions, and other places where signage is displayed throughout the Rose Quarter. You will be responsible for scheduling content and working with the software used to run signage.
DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversight of the software (Tripleplay) used to control the IPTV network.
Schedule content and assist with loading creative for the IPTV system.
Create dynamic and unique motion graphics content for all building signage.
Continuously look for ways to engage audiences through dynamically connected screens. Actively look for data streams that can be used to trigger events.
Work directly with Levy to ensure menus are in working order and current.
Work with partnership and other TBI departments in scheduling and reporting of sponsored content.
Ensure quality control and technical standards for all content.
Regularly explore new ideas and technologies to improve the fan experience. Communicate with counterparts at other arenas about best digital signage practices. Attend digital signage conferences and the yearly digital signage expo in Las Vegas.
Oversight and coordination of digital signage asset distribution for IPTV and ANC LED signage throughout the Rose Quarter.
Coordinate pre-game with LED operators (ANC) about scheduled content. Prepare and test new content pre-event for quality control.
Ensure partner elements are distributed to the proper platforms and scheduled for the event. Link elements across platforms when required.
Assist in asset reporting of ANC-run content for the partnership team.
Coordinate asset distribution externally when required. Communicate with external content creators about playback specifications for Rose Quarter signage.
Understand software used by ANC to act as a backup if needed.

Are technically savvy and willing to keep up with industry trends and innovations in the digital signage industry.
Knowledge of video formats and codecs a plus.
