As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to generate revenue and help fans experience the game of a lifetime! You'll be in charge of selling an array of ticket options including Full Season, Half Season, Quarter Season, and Mini Plan tickets, as well as organizing group ticket outings. And don't worry, you won't be confined to a desk all day! This role involves making sales through phone calls and in-person meetings, so you'll get to meet new people and build relationships with fans.
This is a 12-month program that is designed to grow and develop your skill set as a full-menu sales professional. Our program offers a dynamic and immersive learning experience, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the competitive world of sales. DAY-TO-DAY:
Participate in a comprehensive training program during the first two weeks of employment, including in-depth product and sales training.
Work closely with mentors from various departments within the organization to gain a deeper understanding of the company's operations and culture.
Utilize the knowledge gained from training and mentorship to actively engage in ongoing sales and development programs throughout the year.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a combination of prospecting, networking, and effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in CRM system.
Continuously develop and refine sales skills and techniques through self-directed learning, team training sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions with Inside Sales Manager.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maximize revenue potential.
Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings and sales reviews, providing insights and feedback to help drive team success.
Participate in monthly sales competitions for top seller and hard worker.
Utilize CRM and Architcs systems to manage customer interactions and sales process.
Provide feedback to the Inside Sales Manager on sales strategies and initiatives.
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems
Previous sales experience
