Premium Seating at the Wells Fargo Center is preparing to embark on the most impactful premium renovation project since the construction of the arena in 1996. The multi-million dollar transformation will encompass over 13,000 square feet of new hospitality space along with three distinct premium products for over 1,400 total club seats. Along with sales of the state-of-the-art luxury suites and Center City Club at the Wells Fargo Center, the Manager, Premium Partnerships will have a unique opportunity to be part of a new hospitality sales program launch for the most passionate sports market in the country. Luxury Suites and Club Seating to be sold on multi-year contracts, along with additional hospitality programs and single event suite rentals for the Flyers, 76ers & concerts/shows encompass the full-menu approach at Spectacor Sports & Entertainment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generate premium seating revenue through the sale of all premium seating contractual products for the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers & Wells Fargo Center concerts/events.
  • Major focus on selling multi-year contractual agreements and generating qualified customers and cultivating new business from luxury suites, club seats, Center City Club memberships, single event suite rentals and corporate packages at Wells Fargo Center.
  • Actively prospect new business, attend networking events and speaking engagements
  • Set and conduct face-to-face/virtual appointments with decisions makers in the metro Philadelphia area.
  • Set and conduct sales presentations at Wells Fargo Center Sales Preview Center and virtually.
  • Entertain prospects at lunches/dinners and at Wells Fargo Center events at event night hospitality suite.
  • Achieve all individual and team goals in premium contractual products
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
  • Competitive while being a great teammate to support department goals.
  • Must have the ability to work nights and weekends in addition to regular business hours.
  • The candidate will be accountable for activity, appointments, pipeline management and sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of selling experience with proven B2B sales experience required
  • Effective communication with C-Level executives/clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High quality professional B2B writing skills for prospecting purposes
  • Forward thinking, enthusiastic with a positive mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
