
Coordinator, Premium Sales & Service
The Premium Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable events and experiences for Senators Sports & Entertainment and our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Corporate Events
Responsible for planning and successfully executing corporate partner and internal premium events.
Provide exceptional service and event coordination.
Continually develop new and innovative experiences and events.
Meeting Rooms
Promote Canadian Tire Centre as a premiere venue for conducting meetings and corporate events.
Main point of contact and logistical coordination for clients.
Answer inquiries regarding the meetings rooms in a timely professional manner. Inquiries may be in the form of telephone requests, written requests, email requests, verbal, and any other means of communication.
Responsible for the preparation of meeting room contracts for external clients. Ensuring contracts are properly signed and acknowledged by all parties.
Responsible for the preparation of event riders for external clients for each meeting room contract, listing all the client needs and special requirements. Ensure event riders are distributed to appropriate departments, or individuals.
Act as a liaison between the client and all departments involved with the event, ensuring the client’s needs are fulfilled.
Club Bell
Produce exceptional events and create memorable experiences for clients to create long-lasting relationships and solidify the bond between SSE and our premium clients.
Circulate game day menus to clients, manage guest lists and special requests.
Other Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to the premium experiences team
Participate in the achievement of departmental revenue target
Coordinate corporate travel requirements
Document all client activities in CRM
Manager on Duty as required, on a rotational basis
Periodic
Responsible for recommending changes in basic structure and organization of the premium experience group to ensure objectives are met
Represent Senators Sports & Entertainment in a positive manner to fans and the community
Requirements
2 years’ experience in event planning and execution with a track record of successful events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized, multi-tasker
Team player with a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work evenings & weekends and games/concerts when required
Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Bilingualism an asset
