Ticket Services Representative

Job Description:

Summary:

Representatives will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional ticket office while providing first class customer service to fans.

Responsibilites:

· Provide the highest level of customer service to fans, in person and over the phone

· Effectively learn the ProVenue ticketing platform

· Ability to answer basic ticket and ballpark related questions

· Troubleshooting digital ticketing issues, including the MLB Ballpark App

· Staff Citi Field ticket windows

· Assist with game night ticket resolutions

· Perform various ticketing related projects

Qualifications:

A representative should be personable, eager to learn and a hard worker. A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred but not required. Current Students will also be considered.

· Possess basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Effectively able to communicate in person and over the phone

· Ability to maintain composure under pressure

· Be a team player

· Previous customer service experience is desired

· Experience working in a ticket office is a plus

· Flexible work schedule, including game, night, and weekend availability

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Hourly Rate: $20.00
