
Director, Revenue Innovation & Strategy
Position provides strategy, implementation and execution for processes, programming and relationships that will allow for maximum revenue generation for the Tickets Sales and Service department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and document industry wide best practices across all ticketing verticals and benchmark the New York Mets progress as it relates to such processes & programs
Lead individual game ticket sales strategy
Collaborate and partner with ticketing, marketing, sponsorship and venue services in the strategy, placement, and execution of individual game ticket offers
Innovatively reimagine our ticketing business and develop new opportunities to drive ticket revenue
Administer efficient, accurate, and timely reporting mechanisms related to sales activity
Manage and monitor projects to ensure timelines associated with relevant sales campaigns are achieved
Collaboratively work with Ticket Sales leadership team in pricing, inventory management, and forecasting
Write and review copy associated with ticketing campaigns and corresponding digital/promotional assets
Execute email journeys and lead nurturing programs as set forth and in collaboration with Executive Director, Ticket Sales & Services
Handle day to day relationships with third party ticketing vendors
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience preferably with a background in sales, marketing, analytics.
Four-year college degree
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving skills
Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as the ability to learn and master new software programs including the Mets CRM and ticketing systems (Microsoft CRM and Tickets.com Pro Venue)
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Salary Range:
$94,252.73 - $125,670.30
