This position is responsible for concepting and writing compelling, engaging content for multiple advertising channels such as websites, digital OOH, social media and video content.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, write and iterate conversion copy for website landing pages, email, social advertising and other marketing channels
Conceptualize and write for short-form video scripts for both advertising and brand initiatives
Use tone and story to create content that is relevant and engaging
Ensure all published content meets organizational standards for accuracy and grammar
Collaboration across organization which include but are not limited to, Marketing, Content, Community, and Partnership departments
Strong leadership and communication skills both oral and written
Strong storytelling skills with a focus on advertising and brand
An understanding of SEO, social media and digital advertising
An ability to thrive in a fast paced sports environment
Comfortable working on tight and demanding deadlines
Experience in A/B testing copy
Experience in omni channel messaging
5-7 years experience in storytelling/brand copywriting
A portfolio demonstrating copywriting expertise
Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
This position may require some travel during the offseason and baseball season
