Job Description:
Summary:
The Associate, Integrated Brand Marketing is responsible for assisting with Mets cross-functional marketing campaigns, development & delivery of promotional giveaways, and support on special events. In addition, he or she will provide administrative support for the Integrated Brand Marketing team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Promotional Giveaways:
Assist the Integrated Brand Marketing team with the development & creation of gate giveaway items, working with internal departments to align on scheduling and execution, as well as externally with third-party vendors
Maintain promotional item inventory and assist with fulfillment to departments who need access to items (Ownership, Tickets, HR, Baseball, etc.)
Coordinate item deliveries with external vendors in partnership with Ballpark Operations
Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
Campaign Management:
Assist with maintaining consistent brand standards across multiple departments and communication channels
Assist in overseeing campaign management software and developing campaign-specific communication channels
Work closely with Consumer Marketing & Media, Social Media, Ticketing, Strategy & Analytics, etc. to develop post-campaign reporting
Special Events:
Assist in the planning and execution of all Theme Games, Cultural Celebrations and Special Events
Liaise externally with hotel and transportation companies to ensure smooth travel experience for event honorees and special guests
Track and maintain special event spending and budgets, processing invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with collateral purchasing and ensure timely delivery

Hourly Rate: $18.65
