Premium Partnerships, Suite Service Gameday Staff

The New York Jets Premium Partnerships department is seeking a qualified candidate that is enthusiastic, committed, and has a strong work ethic. The Premium Partnerships Gameday Intern is an integral member to the success of the service team on gamedays. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with customer service deliverables on gamedays. The opportunity will provide an in-depth experience of working with a professional sports team’s hospitality service group as well as experience in a premium client facing role.

Responsibilities:

  • VIP Experiences: Escorting guests for pre-game & halftime access

  • Alumni Appearances: Escorting during appearances and ensuring visits are done in a timely manner

  • Gift & Suite Item Distribution: Ensuring any gifting or client custom items are properly delivered to the suites prior to the game

  • Pregame/Halftime/Post-Game Special Events

  • Assist suite partners with general gameday needs, including navigating the stadium and accessing suite & club levels

  • Provide guests answers to general stadium & gameday questions

  • Support Jets Premium Partnerships staff as directed

Requirements:

  • Must have completed one year of college or higher education

  • Must be available to work all ten (10) NY Jets home games, including nights/weekends/holidays

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to communicate well with others

  • Strong work ethic, enthusiastic positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner

  • Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency

  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium and other potential special events

  • School credit is not available for this position.
