
Coordinator, HR & DEI - Human Resources
What You’ll Do:
You'll be responsible for creating strong recruiting strategies, promoting relationships with universities and industry partners, and increasing the diversity of our candidate pool
You'll work with Marketing to create a strong external presence through social media and job postings
You'll partner with hiring managers on our overall strategy, maintain our job description library, post jobs, conduct interviews, and develop pipelines
You’ll coordinate our internship program
Other key responsibilities will include facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, conducting orientation and implementing and monitoring trainings
You'll also work with the SVP of HR & DEI in coordinating employee recognition, DEI, and developmental programs and company-wide events to enhance employee engagement
Who You Are:
Eager to develop in your professional journey having 2 years of relevant experience
Previous experience with talent acquisition preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self-starter mindset with a roll up your sleeves and no task too small attitude
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks
Accuracy and strong attention to detail are required as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to quickly digest and execute new processes in ambiguous environments
Exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, discretion and ethical behavior in all work situations
Quick learner who thinks proactively with the curiosity and initiative to challenge existing processes keeping an eye open for recommended process improvements
