
Cook 3 - Players Dining
Prep cook for hot and cold foods in several stadium locations. May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare menu items from posted production lists
Cook and present menu items to specification
Adhere to food safety procedures and maintain organized work area
Work club concession stands as needed
Some roles may require strict confidentiality
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant
Culinary degree or certification preferred
Basic kitchen skills: Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation
Excellent attendance
Devoted learner
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand for long periods of time
