Senior Coordinator, Talent Engagement & Development

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Coordinator of Talent Engagement and Development with a strong focus on performance and learning, and development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management programs, initiatives, and strategies that support our business objectives. As the Senior Coordinator of Talent Management, you will work closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor talent strategies that align with our goals and objectives.


Performance Management:

  • Execute the full cycle of the performance management process in the Oracle system.

  • Analyze data and create insights on the performance management process and present them to the senior leadership.

Talent Management:

  • Create talent review instances in the Oracle system

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to facilitate talent review meetings, ensuring a robust pipeline of top talent across the organization

  • Analyze and create insights from talent review data and create development strategies

  • Continuously evaluate talent management programs and initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to senior leadership

Talent Development:

  • Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning and development programs that align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design, develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that meet those needs.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and implement improvements as necessary to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain relationships with learning vendors and partners to ensure the organization has access to the latest tools and resources in the learning and development space.

Learning & Development:

  • Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, webinars, and other training materials using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other tools.

  • Ensure learning content is delivered in a variety of formats and media to maximize learning and retention.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and make recommendations for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent management, performance management, and learning and development

  • Experience in designing and implementing performance and talent modules in Oracle or other systems

  • Proficient in MS Suites, especially Excel and Powerpoint

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

  • Experience in designing and developing content for a variety of audiences and learning styles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent ability to tell a story with data.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
