The NFL is seeking a Graphics Producer to join the Creative Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing graphics requests, workflow, and resources for on-air commercials, social content, and digital marketing assets. Projects will support all areas of the NFL business including tentpole events, cause initiatives, NFL Network programming and franchises, and NFL media products.
Essential Functions
Manage the day-to-day workload of in-house designers and animators, ensuring efficient process and delivery of all motion and static graphic elements produced by the team.
Collaborate with creative directors, campaign producers, editors, and other internal stakeholders to intake and prioritize graphics requests for the in-house team.
Develop and maintain comprehensive deliverables lists, schedules, and tracking sheets for all graphics requests produced by the in-house team.
Establish and maintain technical standards, processes, and workflows for external partners who produce and deliver graphic elements and toolkits for various campaigns.
Work cross functionally with IT, Engineering, Media Administration, Facilities, and other groups to ensure all designers and animators have the appropriate systems, tools, software, and processes in place to execute their work as efficiently as possible.
Provide quality control to ensure all graphic assets are delivered to the appropriate creative standards and technical specifications.
Required Education and Experience
5+ years experience
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Expert knowledge of workflow, formats, and specs for TV commercial production, social content, and digital marketing assets. Primary software: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
Thorough knowledge of the NFL, players, events, and storylines is preferred.
Extensive experience working in fast-paced creative environments.
Ability to multi-task, manage simultaneous creative requests and deadlines, and perform in high pressure situations.
High attention to detail and resourcefulness.
This person has a strategic and creative mindset who is self-starting and manages projects and initiatives with minimal direction.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm of work.
Most importantly, this person needs to be organized, efficient and eager to go the extra mile on every initiative.

Salary Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Expected Hours of Work
This varies on the need at the time but most shifts would be Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm.
