
Executive Administrative Assistant
Overview /Objective
The Executive Administrative Assistant will report to the SVP, Social Responsibility on many administrative needs, but will also be responsible to assist the entire SR department on operational tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
General Administrative Support:
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
Create and distribute agendas
Answer and route telephone calls and incoming mail
Arrange and manage travel schedule
Track and process P-Card transactions and expenses
Prepare meeting materials
Create templates for letters and memos
Track and maintain community relations inventory and donations
Operations Support:
Processing of invoices, setting up new vendors and other financial system operations on behalf of the department
Creating templated grant agreements and routing contracts through Docusign and other systems
Processing staffing and credential needs for league events
Issue correspondence to fans and organizations via social responsibility inbox.

Required Qualifications
Degree from a Four-Year College or University preferred
Three years of prior experience in administrative support in a large corporate environment
One to two years related experience in sports-related or media Industry, or nonprofit organization
General knowledge and/or interest in the National Football League strongly preferred

Self-motivated and strong work ethic and integrity
Interest in philanthropy, community service
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint skills a plus)
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Travel
This position will require travel 10% of the year including some NFL tentpole events
Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
