
Coordinator, Influencer and Talent Marketing
Overview /Objective
The NFL is currently seeking a coordinator to join the Influencer Marketing and Talent Relations team. This individual will be responsible for supporting all League Influencer Marketing strategy efforts, including assisting in preparation of materials for all internal and external partner meetings, the coordination of Influencer and key partner executions by handling travel, accommodations, contracts, talent gifting, and event credentials, etc. An effective candidate will have passion for the National Football League, and be knowledgeable across key industries (fashion, music, sports/fitness, gaming, and culture) and have a deep understanding of the multicultural, Gen Z, and young millennial consumer and can help shape fan expression for the NFL brand throughout the season by identifying key influencers and talent that share similar interests and values. The successful candidate will partner with and report directly to the Manager(s) of Influencer Marketing to build and deliver against a highly collaborative, cross-functional business plan and team process that consistently delivers best in class initiatives related to NFL strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Support Influencer Marketing team on a daily basis
Partner with Project Manager on the coordination of Influencer and key partner executions by handling travel, accommodations, contracts, talent gifting, and event credentials
Assist in the preparation of materials for all internal and external partner meetings
Recap all meetings and assist in developing recaps for all initiatives
Support the Influencer Marketing team on day-to-day management of projects and Campaigns
Organize and maintain all pipeline opportunities (e. g., pitch meetings from prospective partners)
Stay immersed in the cultural landscape of gaming, fashion, music, fitness (mental health), and other non-sports verticals, and help create new ways for the NFL to be involved in cultural trends
Update/manage Influencer/talent database (adding influencers, pulling social metrics, etc.)
Assist with routing and approvals for all third party footage requests and entertainment Projects
Manage product, ensure timely product shipping, delivery, and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 year’s experience with a background in consumer/sports/brand marketing, marketing strategy, content development, advertising, and/or digital/social media
Awareness of Gen-X/Gen-Z/Millennial consumer behavior, social media influencers, and pop culture trends; Specifically, in fashion, gaming, music, and fitness
Excellent relationship-building and people skills, with an ability to develop strong and trustworthy relationships across multiple teams
Detail-oriented, hands-on individual who brings a creative, collaborative, and insight-driven lens to their work
Highly proficient in developing compelling strategy and recap decks
Self-starter who can work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, even in ambiguous environments
Positive, collaborative a must
Ability to travel and work weekends
Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
