Premium Seating Game Night Assistant

Together, we are on a journey where chasing greatness is constant and breaking new grounds is a norm. Position Summary/Objective It is almost the NBA Season, and we need Game Day pack members! If you are interested in exploring a career in Sports. This could be the chance. This will be a seasonal part-time role, through the season and potential playoffs. In this job, you would be working alongside our Premium team to deliver best-in-class service for our Premium members. We will start interviewing and hiring mid-August, and will make offers around mid-September

What would you do?

  1. Set up and break down Premium, Club and Season Ticket Holder spaces.

  2. Monitor entrances of club and member spaces throughout game.

  3. Greet and check-in guests in premium spaces.

  4. Assist with Fan Experiences and Touch points pre and postgame.

  5. Interact with fans and field questions.

  6. Create gift bags and make in-seat visits.

  7. Assist with the execution of prospect and member events.

  8. Work all Timberwolves home games.

​Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:

  1. Provide world-class customer service to Suite Level guests and staff.

  2. Work directly with Target Center building and Levy staff.

  3. Ability to handle guest needs and questions efficiently and professionally.

  4. Ability to learn quickly on the job, and work in fast paced environment.

  5. Ability to work well on a team and independently.

Experience: ​ Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred Supervisory Responsibility, if any: ​ This position does have supervisory responsibility Travel: Position may require travel.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable, and office lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
