Overview

As part of Entertainment Team, the Executive Producer - Entertainment will bring vision and production expertise to a key role within the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (“Brewers”). This position is responsible for planning and directing Brewers in-game entertainment, inside the ballpark, providing oversight of all aspects of the Brewers game day event presentation and show production including scoreboard presentation and design, show operations and game day staffing.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Define and execute experiential objectives and the creative vision for Brewers’ entertainment and event production
Lead the exploration, planning, and implementation of production/theatrical elements to enhance overall game entertainment and event presentation
Conceptualize, develop and facilitate the implementation of creative programming related to all in-stadium entertainment (e.g. sponsor features, fan contests, music performances, mascots skits, etc.)
Collaborate with Marketing’s creative resources for Brewers entertainment and event experience ideation, video board content for all home games, and special events
Provide oversight for the management of the Brewers’ Brew Crew, 4-1-Force, and Street team (e.g. auditions and hiring process, budgeting, scheduling, uniforms, supplies, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in event presentation/game operations/live events, as well as strong decision-making and creative thinking skills and superior attention to detail.
