As part of Spring Training Business Operations team, the Assistant Manager – Spring Training Box Office will be responsible for any duties related to ticket-based fan experience during Spring Training.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have less than or equal to 1 year of experience in marketing, ticket sales, customer service, and leadership roles as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
The Business Operations and Ticket Office Departments are an integral part of providing the best fan experience possible at American Family Fields of Phoenix.
