
Ticketing Marketing Manager
How would you like to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Integrated Marketing team is hiring a Ticket Marketing Manager! This role is responsible for managing the marketing of all ticketing efforts. The role will lead the marketing effort for all ticket products of the Miami HEAT, including individual tickets, mini-plans, season tickets, group sales, and premium. The Ticketing Marketing Manager will collaborate across the organization to ensure the accurate promotion of ticket offers, establish critical metrics, and report on the marketing efforts' results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
Coordinate the day-to-day marketing, promotions, and advertising of HEAT game tickets. This includes media planning, negotiations, buying, promotion implementation, database marketing, social media strategy, trade media allocation, and digital marketing.
Supervise and track ticket sales for all events.
Implement effective marketing campaigns for each event to improve attendance and ticket revenue.
Develop, plan, implement, analyze, lead, and budget current and new marketing programs & initiatives to generate ticket sales revenue and engagement.
Lead marketing efforts and project manage all single game, group sales, mini-plans, and season ticket sales, including renewals.
Collaborate with Corporate Sponsorship and Senior Staff to identify partnership opportunities to drive ticket sales, including giveaways, programming, and special offers.
Develop and help implement strategic marketing to extend brand awareness, build customer engagement, and generate/meet revenue goals.
Contribute to the formalization and implementation of season’s marketing plan and development of goals and objectives.
Coordinate and complete photo shoots to develop a library of assets that can be used to promote ticket sales across various fan and ticket types.
Develop and implement upsell opportunities for fans to upgrade tickets, lounge access, and special events.
Develop marketing campaigns for theme nights, group sales, season ticket sales.
Analyze ticket sales data to inform strategy.
Management of copy and creative to supplement the above through TV, radio, print, website, outdoor, email, team collateral, digital and social with advertising mediums in the market.
Maintain detailed planning records, applying project management, recap, creative and traffic tools.
Collaborate with Business Communications to ensure accurate ticket messaging on radio, television, and digital broadcasts
Work closely with and build relationships with NBA on team and league level, sharing and crafting standard processes across the league.
Collaborate to develop ticket offer and pricing strategies and communicate across various partners across the organization
Represent the marketing division in all ticketing meetings, providing relevant data-driven updates and presentations
Build and lead ticket offer calendar and supervise all marketing assets internally and externally.
Digital Marketing – provide support to Digital Marketing Staff (email marketing, web, and social) to build and expand digital marketing efforts, while providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
Game Operations – generate new insights, run and implement marketing ticket sales needs for in game presentation, theme nights, group nights, and fan engagement opportunities.
Project manage all ticketing marketing initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team, digital team, creative team, third-party contractors, and internal clients and partners.
Collaborate with the Digital Strategy team to develop paid media campaigns for upcoming ticket offers and review the success of the campaigns upon completion.
Find opportunities to promote ticket sales through strategic partnerships with HEATV, FOX & HEAT radio, in-game promotions, and HEAT events (including the Arena's promotional schedule and materials).

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of four years working in Marketing
Strong writing, creative, and analytical skills.
Experience with ticket pricing strategy
Solid understanding of the game of live sports
Solid understanding of ticketing options
Prior ticket sales or ticket marketing experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work non-traditional hours when needed.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills; ability to seek out, identify and take advantage of opportunities with minimal direction.
