Talent Operations Analyst

Ever wondered what it's like to work for the 3-time champion, Miami HEAT? The Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist! In this position, you will support the Talent Acquisition team’s strategic planning efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, refining processes, and improving systems. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for maintaining HR databases, analyzing talent data, and creating reports to inform talent decisions and strategies.

  • Build out dashboards and reporting to monitor Talent Acquisition success metrics and related insights (Time to Fill, Open Job Requisition, Recruiter Activity, etc.)

  • Process full-time new hires in UKG’s Recruiting Module, Onboarding Module, and Core.

  • Manage I-9 form completion and verification compliance.

  • Assist with the ongoing improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experiences through new solutions and technology and suggest possible paths for improvement.

  • Build TA process documentation library and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure they are up to date, and conduct efficiency audits to deliver value and optimize TA processes.

  • Manage the onboarding process, including sending out new hire prep forms, collecting headshots for employment badges, conducting tours, coordinating parking cards, building access cards and welcome gifts, and sending out welcome emails.

  • Manage Employee Referral program utilizing Power BI Dashboard.

  • Update Company Organizational Charts in Microsoft Visio.

  • Represent the organization at interview days and career fairs, conducting interviews of candidates, when needed.

  • Other duties, as assigned by SVP, Chief People and Inclusion Officer, VP, Human Resources & Compliance, and Director, Talent Acquisition.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or equivalent preferably with a degree in Human Resources; and/or three to five years of Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience using and administrating a Business Intelligence platform (Power BI and/or IBM Cognos preferred) as well as familiarity with data analytics. Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Lists, Forms, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. UKG Experience is strongly preferred. Canva experience is a plus. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Strong attention to detail to ensure processes are in place and consistently followed. Systems oriented with proven ability to leverage HR systems and solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
