The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are looking for an Intern, Premium Client Services to assist and provide support to the Premium Client Service Department. Applicants should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and high-end clients. The applicant will be responsible for assisting the Premium Client Managers on various daily tasks and will prioritize and maintain part-time staff uniforms and materials. Will assist with all HEAT game and event night responsibilities as needed. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks at once.

Prior customer support experience is required. Must be available to work at all games and events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must enjoy working with people in a customer service environment. Must have good organizational and time management skills to handle various projects at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be enrolled in a college or university.
