The Miami Dolphins Sales Development program is an entry-level ticket sales position designed to give you the skillset you need to grow your career within the Ticket Sales side of professional sports. Your goal over a 9-12 month period as a member of our team will be to produce ticket sales revenue and ultimately earn a promotion to one of our five Account Executive sales teams within the organization.

At this time, we are searching for candidates who are available to start full-time with our organization on September 26, 2023, as part of our September Sales Development class.

Location:

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

Phone calls and email touchpoints are used to set appointments to showcase Hard Rock Stadium and all of the seating products available to fans. You will be a full-menu sales consultant with free reign to sell all Dolphins products, including season ticket memberships, group tickets, luxury seating, and executive suites. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to sell concerts, international soccer matches, the 3rd largest tennis tournament in the country, The Miami Open, and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. In this Sales Development role, you will be given all of the tools to be successful with daily sales technique trainings as a team and bi-weekly one-on-ones where we establish how you’re progressing personally and professionally as you look to grow your career.

Metrics for success include: 40 hours in-office per week, 100+ outbound phone calls each day, 5 daily sales pitches executed, and achieving annual revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports, specifically in Ticket Sales
  • Demonstrated skills in teamwork, professionalism, and time management
  • Positive attitude, team player, self-motivated and competitive drive
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required in English and additionally preferred in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms is a plus
  • Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends (all Miami Dolphins home games & the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix) and holidays
