Parking Event Day Sign-In Representative (Part-Time)

Summary:
The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for a Parking Representative to assist with event day sign-in for staff during Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami games, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer and other world class events.

Location:
This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting staff with various inquiries at all points of contact.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Parking operations and Hard Rock Stadium policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Greet arriving employees, confirm uniform complies with Parking uniform and accurately input employee clock-in time during team member check-in.
  • Distribute all necessary materials to staff prior to reporting to their post.
  • Provide clear instructions and answer event-related inquiries from employees.
  • Accurately input employee clock-out time, collect all distributed materials, and complete inventory of equipment following at the conclusion of each shift.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a minimum of 80% of ALL Hard Rock Stadium events, which includes Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, Miami Open, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer matches, and more. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required.
  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to deliver world-class service with a smile.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing and difficult situations.
  • Must have the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly.
  • MUST be fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
  • Efficiently managing the check-in/check-out process with a high volume of employees.
