The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team have joined forces with INEOS Britannia preparation for the 37th America's Cup in 2024. This project brings together two highly complementary spheres of high-performance, high-technology engineering and sporting challenge. Since August 2019, team members from our Applied Science division have been dedicated to projects with INEOS Britannia, helping to deliver and accelerate performance for what's often referred to as 'Formula One on water'.

Reporting to the Build Logistics and SAP Manager, the Project Component Coordinator will play a key role in the Goods In function, ensuring that parts are correctly receipted within ERP systems and follow the correct production order routings. The role will work closely with Finance to ensure data on parts received is accurate and can be used to close orders and invoices with internal and external suppliers.
The role:
Manage parts through ‘Goods In’ and ensure accurate and timely goods receipting.
Ensure parts enter processing through the use of production orders generated during the booking in process.
Maintain a clean & tidy, organized stores environment in Brackley and Turweston.
Assist in Stores locations as required with stock checks, picks, Goods In, etc.
Key focus on data accuracy and stock control working within WAP, SAP and the inventory system.
Work closely with Finance to close open orders and invoices and provide information as requested.
Assist the Build Logistics Team with the processing of parts from Inspection into various departments for further processing.
Assist in the loading of late freight ensuring that all parts required are listed correctly on the correct shipping documentation.
Assist in providing visibility of the current component supply status for each event to the Build Operations Manager and Planning/ Purchasing.
Attend daily Build Logistics meetings prepared with the relevant data.
Comply at all times with the company's Health & Safety polices.
To be successful you will have:
Strong organisational skills
High attention to detail is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Excellent MS Office Suite skills required
Strong team player but with the ability to work autonomously
Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous
