Intern, Brand Strategy

The Rams Brand Strategy Intern is responsible for supporting the Brand Strategy team with day-to-day operational and administrative needs. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the Brand Marketing world of the NFL from the lens of a Super Bowl championship team. The Brand Strategy Intern will be expected to learn internal processes for campaign and go to market planning. This candidate will need to work cross functionally within the organization to manage and facilitate departmental marketing needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support our team with the execution of brand, community, and player partnership campaign planning and multicultural and youth programs throughout the length of the season, both internally and externally
• Ensure plan/execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs/presentations/delivery charts so team and all relevant departments and/or partners know plan details/approaching deadlines
• Work with Sr. Manager/Manager to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
• Support the Rams House Hype team with events and activation set up and break down
• Assist in inventory tracking and ordering
• Attend events and provide on-site support, if applicable

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another relevant major
• High-energy, proactive approach in completing projects
• Ability to operate and communicate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Available to be in the office a minimum of 3 weekdays

Salary Range: $16/hr.
