Responsible for providing personalized, customer-oriented service to our Premium clients at all Allegiant Stadium events. Help to create and maintain a first-class environment by offering one-of-a-kind experiences via creative problem-solving and exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide customized Premium level service to guests by being proactive with their requests and attending to their needs during all Allegiant Stadium events.
- Conduct pre and post-event checklists of all Premium seating areas to ensure expectations are met.
- Proactively greet and welcome Premium guests as they enter Allegiant Stadium.
- Positioned at designated locations to develop rapport and positive relationships with Premium clients and their guests.
- Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences that are unique to our Premium clients.
- Resolve ticketing, seating, and wayfinding issues encountered by Premium guests.
- Act as a steward for our premium spaces, ensuring guest exclusivity and integrity through diligent access control, including ticket verification, wristbanding, and credential checks.
- Retain an extensive knowledge of Allegiant Stadium policies and procedures, seating sections, and key stadium personnel.
- Collaborate with all Teammates at Allegiant Stadium to help create a seamless and consistent guest experience.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage complex situations.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Established professional, personable and dedicated work ethic. Works well in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends according to the Raiders home schedule and events schedule.
- Must be available for all Allegiant Stadium events.
- Respects and understands client and celebrity confidentiality.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
- Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking, and stair climbing
- Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
