The Seasonal Sales Representative of Season Memberships assists with the development and day-to-day execution of department initiatives, which include game day preparation, assisting with sales events, maintaining relationships with guests and Season Ticket Members to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Thrive to succeed. You will help us exceed our goals through planning & executing Season Ticket Member events & sales initiatives, supporting our overall team, and setting up activation locations within the arena on game days.

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships. At the Spirit, we strive to stand out amongst the competition, and our fan base recognizes that. Being an advocate for our organization, polite in your interactions, timely and professional will lead to YOUR success. Whether it’s an internal or external customer, you assist and follow up with requests and foresee ways to surprise and delight them.

  • Be a cultural centerpiece. Your interaction with our employees, fans and community is constant. People see you as a supportive resource and a critical part of our team and the Spirit’s culture and brand. You will interact with your team, our fans, during season ticket member events, games, sharing our benefit programs and promoting women’s soccer. You present the best version of yourself and our brand, both on and off the field.

  • Deliver exceptional experiences. You are a helper. You are someone who listens to and anticipates our team and fans’ needs and desires. You solve problems before anyone even knows they’re there with a solution that is greater than their expectations could ever be. Through proactive and genuine communication, you will engage and delight prospective fans. On game day, you’ll be there to further a connection with our fans and team by helping any way you can.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience

  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week that starts just before, and after, the soccer season

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
