What You Do
In this role you will lead our Corporate Partnerships team ensuring that we have the right partners, at the right level and are activating in ways that drive innovation in this space and keep the energy increasing around the Washington Spirit. You will be accountable for delivering partners both for our team kit, training kits, along with game-day & content partners. You are also responsible for servicing these partners at the highest of level, setting a standard for other to follow.
Who You Do It With
You will report to our VP of Revenue and will work closely with our Head of Player Care, our Head of Ticketing, and with our Marketing team. You will ensure that you’re aligned with the core values of the Washington Spirit and will sell in a way that values this organization and its future.

You work with a fierce drive to set the standard as it relates to partnerships within the sporting industry. You will work with empathy for your colleagues, with flexibility for the sporting calendar, and with the innate belief that this team will set the industry standard. You bring energy everywhere you go and are a positive force on the organization.
