POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the premium hospitality team, the Concierge staff provide best in class service to guests in our premium suites. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position.
A typical shift includes:
Monitoring and controlling guest access to the exclusive suite levels while ensuring all guests are greeted upon arrival
Promoting personal guest relations and ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service and quality
Responding immediately to all incoming inquiries, suggestions and concerns from guests and taking initiative to create ‘wow’ moments for our clients
Advising and immediately following up with maintenance or housekeeping of any reported problems or concerns
Supplying management with an activity report at the completion of each shift
Supervising and maintaining designated concierge station during scheduled event time
Accepting, upon rotation, additional event responsibilities, including Single Game Suite client concierge duties, liaising with partners (e.g., Ticket Centre, Impark, etc.), and attending supervisors’ pre- and post-event briefings
Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPEREINCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 19 years of age
Availability to start shifts as early as 4:00pm and/or 4:45pm
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required for events
Minimum three years’ customer service, hospitality, or client service-related experience with a strong emphasis on an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction
The ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, guests, clients and VIP’s
Diplomatic, mature, people-oriented and professional
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Non-Canadian residents must hold valid work permits that expire no earlier than October 2023
Supervisory skills and experience are assets
