Committed to service excellence, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Partnership Marketing team and will be counted upon to help the team execute its annual partner plans.

A typical day includes:

  • Managing, supporting, and implementing partnership plans for hockey, lacrosse, and esports properties

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution and completion of partnership agreements

  • Ensuring partner service and engagement is being delivered commensurate to our partnership guidelines and that partner benefits are completely delivered and on time

  • Developing strong relationships at all levels of partners through consistent touchpoints to better understand their business, KPIs, and objectives to grow the partnerships

  • Creating per-activation, mid-season, and year-end reports

  • Utilizing third party applications like CRM (KORE) Wrike, Tradable bits, Blinkfire, and other media valuation tools as necessary

  • Assisting with development and execution of hosting events; executing client hospitality requests for meetings and game-day hospitality requirements

  • Working closely with Arena Operations to ensure that signage maintenance, development, and design is completed to match the partner’s contractual agreement, and signage inventory

  • Proactively presenting ideas and problem-solving to help retain and grow partnerships

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or marketing

  • Experience in sponsorship activation, promotions, and marketing, preferably in professional sports or an advertising agency environment

  • Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within an organization

  • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing multiple projects and administrative tasks

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment

  • Dynamic and hardworking team player who can confidently work with minimal supervision

  • Commitment to ensuring superior customer service

  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required


  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing software
