The Receptionist helps support the Utah Jazz by ensuring that employees, clients, and visitors are greeted promptly and pleasantly, that inquiries are accurately communicated and directed to the appropriate staff member(s), and that support tasks as assigned are completed accurately, timely, and confidentially. This integral position requires organization, communication, professionalism, and customer service. This position is located at Zions Bank Basketball Campus and will work from 12-5pm Monday through Friday. This position pays $15/hour.

  • Answer incoming calls, determine the callers' needs and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department.

  • Manage and organize shipping and receiving.

  • Supports the management team through scheduling and organizing meetings as requested.

  • Ensures the employee common areas are clean, orderly, and safe (free of obstacles)

  • Provide administrative support, as required, including general office tasks and participate in special projects.

  • 1-2 years of applicable experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be organized and detail oriented

  • Displays effective time management skills

  • Communicates effectively verbally and in writing, sharing information in a timely manner and maintaining confidentiality as required

  • Must be able to handle tasks simultaneously while working efficiently in a busy environment

  • Must be able to work with a team and be willing to provide support when needed

  • Proven knowledge of general office practices and procedures

  • Ability to interact professionally with high profile clientele


  • Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations.

  • Must use hands to handle, grasp or reach with hands and arms.

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
