This position is responsible for supporting the operational and licensed goods managed by the Consumer Products department. The role requires development of crests and belt icons, clearance of flags and crests with government agencies, creation of team presentations, tracking of HUB projects, and other support roles. This individual will also manage specific projects and support the Consumer Products group with special initiatives as directed.


  • Responsible for overseeing the creation of country crests and belt icons.

  • Requests and tracks the country fight kit artwork creation, clearance with the brand and legal teams and government agencies and distribution of finalized artwork.

  • Manages and tracks the championship belt plate engraving/decoration and distribution.

  • Logs and monitors progress of HUB projects and development.

  • Tracks PO’s and shipments from Venum and communicates progress, delays, issues, etc.

  • Supports the Consumer Products department with daily tasks including tracking, data management and special projects.

  • Communicates key issues internally via status reports and meeting updates.

  • Supports launch of key department initiatives and special projects; this includes creating timelines, project management calendars, schedule management, and tracking project progression against deadlines.

  • Other tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Apparel Development or Merchandising or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Two plus years’ work experience in consumer products, apparel merchandising or development.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to cultivate and establish effective relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential information.

  • Desire and ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work in or learn Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
