The Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for data analysis for UFC FIGHT PASS in Brazil, including content, marketing, monetization, and viewership analytics. This position is responsible for conducting analyses across primary data sources (i.e. viewership, monetization, etc.) and developing data-informed business recommendations that help the team achieve and exceed the key business objectives. This role will acquire deep knowledge on customer behavior through its entire journey and act as an advocate for our customers as we develop new content and product strategies.
The main day-to-day activities of this position also include owning specific analytics work streams as well as working with stakeholders to keep track of platform usage and content consumption, optimize media investments, monitor competition, and map market opportunities and consuming trends. In addition, project-based work will regularly occur to deep dive into business risks and opportunities.
Works in collaboration with internal groups and external partners / third parties to help the company evaluate data related to business and viewership KPIs, from platform/content usage to media campaigns and CRM.
Translates analytic reports into easily consumable outputs to guide data-driven business decisions in different areas and stakeholders.
Develops and maintains a reporting format and cadence to ensure the Fight Pass team and senior leaders across the business are kept apprised of data trends.
Runs exploratory analysis to unlock new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity.
Develops and maintains best practice regarding data collection and mining, including internal database audits and updates, while establishing ongoing test and learn approaches.
Monitors industry trends to identify upcoming challenges or opportunities for the organization, recommending efficiency improvements to existing internal efforts and processes.
Advocates for business intelligence solutions that help the organization meet its goals and nurture a data-minded culture inside the company.

Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analysis coordination position.
Business-oriented, data-driven with solid experience in data analysis.
Proven track record working for digital/ streaming media and platforms or: entertainment, media and content, sports, e-commerce, SAAS, online agencies, online subscription business.
Robust acumen developing tangible strategic analysis of advertising investments both online and offline (PPC, video, programmatic, mobile, TV, radio, OOH, etc.) and user experience on digital platform (usability, segmentation, content consumption, user flow, features, etc.).
Strong quantitative background and practical skills in analytic / media / platform usage / consumer behavior tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TGI, Ad Managers, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Heap, Mixpanel, LogRocket, comScore, eMarketer, etc.).
Some level of familiarity with UFC / MMA is a plus.
