Main goal

The Ticketing Project Assistant mainly provides administrative support for the Head of Ticketing, the ticketing team and the various ticketing projects. Approximately 30% of the time provides administrative support for the Chief Of Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Chief of Revenue Operations:

  • Coordinating the organisational and administrative requirements of unit meetings and unit events

  • Providing support in budget management and monitoring the project management by unit/project

  • Organising meetings

  • Preparing presentations and reports

  • Liaising with HR

  • Processing expense claims

  • Acting as a point of contact for the diary of the Chief of Revenue Operations

Assisting the Head of Ticketing:

  • Organising the weekly and monthly ticketing management meetings

  • Liaising with other departments on behalf of the Ticketing Unit

  • Preparing presentations and reports

  • Liaising with HR for 18 staff based in Frankfurt (assisting with recruitment, onboarding, logistics, assessments and offboarding)

  • Supporting other team managers in their areas of activity, mainly the Operations Team Leader in the lead-up to the club finals and during site visits

  • Acting as a point of contact for other units

  • Providing support for the ticketing team and working on other UEFA events


Experience required:

  • from 1 to 3 years / in a similar role in an international environment


  • Bachelor's in management, economics or a technical subjuct


  • English / Proficient
