The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for procuring and producing event, club, tournament and sponsor-branded materials for UEFA competitions and coordinating their design and logistics. The main focus of this role is on women's football competitions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drawing up project plans, including a timeline, budgets, resource planning and all other necessary information, and ensuring these are always up to date for the various competitions and events;

  • Creating purchase orders and following up on invoicing and payments;

  • Ensuring an appropriate range of items are prepared and approved for each event, including sourcing, purchasing, print production, quality control, budget control, product research, development, testing, and implementation;

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to find high-quality products to meet the needs of the brand and event and ensure appropriate design briefs are provided;

  • Compiling specifications from internal customers and challenging them to identify potential optimisations;

  • Managing the design process for various competitions and events, working closely with in-house and external designers/design agencies, from project set-up and briefing to ensuring artwork is provided in the correct formats; - Working daily on UEFA's in-house design management tool;

  • Logistics management for procured items, dealing with deliveries, stock-management and event loading lists;

  • Cross-team working with the UEFA in-house Event Logistics team and external warehouse;

  • In cooperation with the Procurement Unit, managing the call for tender, bidding process, vendor selection and contracting phases.

Profile:

Experience required:

  • from 1 to 3 years of experience in a multicultural business environment

  • from 1 to 3 years of experience working with designers and suppliers in a project management and procurement role ideally with a design agency or print production background

  • from 1 to 3 years of experience working in similar event positions, preferably sports, ideally on signage and branded materials

Education:

  • Bachelor's equivalent qualification, preferably in project management, or the print industry, international business, event management or sports management.

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and carry out tasks with minimal supervision

  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, resourceful, and able to deal with conflicting deadlines

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work in a team and happy to help out wherever needed

  • Good understanding of design and artwork

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset
