Key responsibilities:

  • Taking charge of the administration for club competition match operations matters;

  • Coordinating the review of club competition match operations documents;

  • Providing support for the club competitions match operations team:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clubs and national associations for UYL match operations

  • Ensuring that UYL matches/final week are held according to agreed match standards;

  • Escalating any major issues (match impact, political, media, etc.) to the Match Operations Team Leader;

  • Providing support for the Football Operations Unit.


Experience required:

  • From 1 to 3 years' experience, ideally in the sports industry or in event management


  • Bachelor's preferably in sports management


  • English / Advanced

  • Knowledge of several languages would be an asset

Additional requirements:

  • MS Office / Advanced

  • Strong knowledge of the football industry / passion for football

  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills
