The HB Venue and Operations Coordinator assists with the preparation and delivery of host broadcaster (HB) and TV venue operations for all matches of the UEFA club competitions, such as the UEFA Europa Conference League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Women's Champions League.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of HB and TV-related documents, including checklists, summaries, briefings, matchweek reports, presentations and broadcast partner manuals

  • Take part in matchweek preparation and review meetings

  • Coordinate HB and TV-related site visits and schedule the assignment of HB staff for matchweeks and HB support assignments

  • Help to monitor matches during matchweeks

  • Support the Club Competitions HB Venue Operations unit with administrative and logistical tasks, such as budget overviews and budget procurement tasks, databases and mailboxes

  • Support the delivery of unilateral club season draw operations

  • Support the preparation and organisation of HB and/or broadcast partner workshops

  • Assume a venue role during club competition finals and draws and throughout the season


Experience required:

  • from 4 to 6 years' experience working as a production coordinator or project manager in a broadcast and production environment, ideally in relation to UEFA competitions in order to be familiar with UEFA's procedures.


  • Bachelor or Master in related field


  • English / Proficient

  • French / Intermediate
