Key responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in line with UEFA standards and clients’ expectations;
Monitoring costs related to meetings and events;
Ensuring that UEFA policies are implemented as applicable;
Ensuring a proper handover for the next intern (‘train the trainee’ concept).
Main activities:
Assisting with the reservation of accommodation and meeting facilities, and arrangements for technical equipment, catering and transport;
Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with different UEFA divisions/units and external partners/suppliers;
Listening to and anticipating clients’ needs, seeking out relevant information;
Maintaining a professional relationship with UEFA partners and suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, etc., and negotiating professionally with them;
Assisting with the processing of invoices from partners and suppliers;
Supporting the Travel, Accommodation & Conferences Unit with its general administration (statistics, correspondence, etc.);
Supporting the realisation of one or more internal projects;
Helping colleagues to organise other events as required.
Profile
Education:
Hotel/tourism school or equivalent
Languages:
English / Proficient
French / Proficient
