Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (the Foundation) is a registered charity and the community arm of Premier League football club, Tottenham Hotspur. The Club, through the Foundation, seeks to use the power and unique appeal of football to provide opportunities that change lives throughout its local community.

The Foundation is based at the Grade II-listed 18th century Percy House on Tottenham High Road – painstakingly restored by the Club as part of the wider sport-led regeneration of the area. We are driven by a passion for creating positive change in people’s lives within an area of significant socio-economic deprivation, yet where a vibrancy and richness of talent and ambition exists. The Foundation harnesses and builds on this through a range of projects and initiatives to pursue, achieve and sustain desired impacts and outcomes, utilising partnerships within the private, not-for-profit and public sectors.

The Foundation is seeking an individual to deliver high quality football coaching sessions to mixed-ability participants of all ages, with a focus on Women and Girls. The successful candidate will be flexible, an excellent communicator, ambitious and enthusiastic, with the ability to prepare and execute sessions at a high level, understanding fine technical detail to present to players throughout the session. The post holder will have transferable skills and experience to be able to adapt to and meet specific project needs in line with the Club’s coaching philosophy.

The successful candidate will be committed to upholding Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s policies and procedures, specifically around Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety – reflecting the Club’s commitment to promoting the welfare of participants and inclusivity for all.

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation welcomes applications from anyone regardless of age, disability, race, colour or ethnic and national origins, religion or belief, or sexual orientation.
