Job Description

As a valuable member of the RS team, you will be responsible for the delivery of winning food & beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values.

  • Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests

  • Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles

  • Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed

  • Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries

  • Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service

  • Act as an ambassador to Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community

  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required

  • Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures

  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

  • Perform service functions as required


  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Smart Serve certification required

  • Previous bussing experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • A winning attitude
