JOB SUMMARY: The CRM & Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting the CRM & Analytics Manager with overseeing all activity in Salesforce for the Texas Rangers. Responsibilities will vary but will focus on supporting the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with the administration of the Texas Rangers Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ
Assist with projects as directed by the CRM & Analytics Manager
Perform data hygiene tasks in Salesforce
Support end users of Salesforce across multiple departments
Assist with Lead generation, assignment, and management through Salesforce
Assist with training for all Salesforce end users across multiple departments
Maintain and generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Assist with maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as Zoominfo, Flywheel, Tableau, ProVenue, Alteryx
Assist with designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to Salesforce as required/necessary
Additional responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High interest in baseball and baseball front office business analytics
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Strong computer skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
