JOB SUMMARY: The CRM & Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting the CRM & Analytics Manager with overseeing all activity in Salesforce for the Texas Rangers. Responsibilities will vary but will focus on supporting the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.


  • Assist with the administration of the Texas Rangers Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ

  • Assist with projects as directed by the CRM & Analytics Manager

  • Perform data hygiene tasks in Salesforce

  • Support end users of Salesforce across multiple departments

  • Assist with Lead generation, assignment, and management through Salesforce

  • Assist with training for all Salesforce end users across multiple departments

  • Maintain and generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce

  • Assist with maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as Zoominfo, Flywheel, Tableau, ProVenue, Alteryx

  • Assist with designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to Salesforce as required/necessary

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • High interest in baseball and baseball front office business analytics

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
