JOB SUMMARY: The Coordinator, Client Services’ position is responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and activation of assigned partnership accounts and relationships. This role must provide excellent customer service, assist partners with innovative activations, and assist the Partnership Sales staff in creating marketing programs for partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Responsible for activation and execution of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery on all sponsorship assets in a company’s agreement while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage, maintain, and update inventory tracker of sponsored assets and due dates to ensure all partnership deadlines and specs are being communicated on time to corporate partners.

  • Assist the overall sales process in the partnerships department. This includes the creation of sales proposals, recap decks, and other internal documents.

  • Build and develop relationships with assigned sponsors through regular communication and activation meetings.

  • Capture images and documentation of sponsored assets for proof of performance.

  • Serve as a host for Corporate Partners at Rangers games while assisting with on field and promotional events

  • Provide sales support and customer service as directed by corporate management.

  • Perform special projects as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college.

  • Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop, etc.

  • Attention to detail

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills needed.

  • Previous experience working with clients is a plus.

  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

  • Passion for successful event execution.
