ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist in providing seamless communication between AMR and the Texas Rangers

  • Report any medical related issues to Texas Rangers operations staff

  • Ensure a standard of customer service is being met by AMR employees

  • Ensuring AMR is prompt and punctual to events and have correct staffing

  • Overseeing AMR’s stocking of first aid

  • Attending Rangers Operations briefings prior to event start

  • Writing thorough reports to submit to Rangers staff regarding medical incidents

  • All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Will be required to attend orientation and training regarding protocols and procedures

  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service for interacting with fans

  • Must exercise sound judgment and remain calm during times of stress

  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (Choctaw Stadium)

  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways during each shift

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • Must arrive on time and be prepared to stay as long as AMR is on property or until released by the assigned Texas Rangers supervisor
