ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Assist in providing seamless communication between AMR and the Texas Rangers
Report any medical related issues to Texas Rangers operations staff
Ensure a standard of customer service is being met by AMR employees
Ensuring AMR is prompt and punctual to events and have correct staffing
Overseeing AMR’s stocking of first aid
Attending Rangers Operations briefings prior to event start
Writing thorough reports to submit to Rangers staff regarding medical incidents
All other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
Will be required to attend orientation and training regarding protocols and procedures
Must be able to provide excellent customer service for interacting with fans
Must exercise sound judgment and remain calm during times of stress
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (Choctaw Stadium)
Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways during each shift
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays
Must arrive on time and be prepared to stay as long as AMR is on property or until released by the assigned Texas Rangers supervisor
