The Tampa Bay Rays Creative Services team is seeking a Project Manager, Marketing & Creative Services to oversee day-to-day processes of all creative projects including assignment, direction and execution among all graphic designers, motion graphic designers, videographers, photographers and multi-media specialists.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a cross-functioning departmental and organizational liaison to develop and implement strategic project plans for internal clients including (but not limited to):

    • Marketing

    • Corporate Partnerships

    • Ticket Sales

    • Community Engagement

    • Business Development

    • Stadium Operations/Capital Funds

    • Baseball Operations

    • Tampa Bay Rowdies

    • Public Relations/Social Media

    • Broadcasting

    • Human Resources

    • Broadcasting

    • IT

    • Retail

    • Executive Team o Spring Training

  • Manage workflow for creative team utilizing Lytho project management software, including digital & paid advertising, social media content, in-game production, sales & community engagement collateral, stadium signage and corporate sponsor implementation

  • Coordinate with and serve each internal client to better understand goals & objectives while developing efficient project timelines that meet client & organizational needs

  • Lead meetings with Rays Creative team to construct full-integration plans for projects including timelines for deliverables

  • Define project steps, tasks and requirements to deliver quality creative products for all clients

  • Assign production of specific plan elements and event shoots in coordination with all Rays and Rowdies organizational departments

  • Own and manage multiple and concurrent project lifecycles for Rays and Rowdies brands

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to help develop and manage Lytho project management software Provide support via copy writing, editing and proofing of all ad copy that reaches mass media markets

  • Track timelines, budgets and resources

  • Manage project communication to ensure accurate updates are available

  • Work with Rays Creative to assign resources and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time

  • Service as primary contact for print vendors and partners to successfully ensure projects arrive correct and in a timely fashion

  • Organize the procurement for Rays Creative department including purchase orders and invoices

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Creative Director


  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, project management or a similar creative field

  • Strong project management skills, adept at organizing, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet the organization’s goals

  • Position requires routine, personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a remote manner
