The Coordinator, Credentials will be responsible for checking staff and guest as well as assisting with setting up and restocking credentials.


  • Understanding of credentials and procedures for credentialing persons

  • Create and manage multiple data bases

  • Learn access tiers and verify appropriate assignment to a tier

  • Knowledge of security features incorporated in credentialing

  • Assist graphic teams with design, modification, and approval of credentials

  • Use software provided with credential printers to produce physical credentials

  • Manage credential stock and associated accessories


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Prior sports experience preferred

  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs to include Excel and Word

  • Operational knowledge of PhotoShop

  • Ability to work independently and respond to demands from media and throughout the organization

  • Must be available to work all home games in the season

  • Must be team-oriented, extremely outgoing, and motivated
