The Coordinator, Credentials will be responsible for checking staff and guest as well as assisting with setting up and restocking credentials.
Responsibilities
Understanding of credentials and procedures for credentialing persons
Create and manage multiple data bases
Learn access tiers and verify appropriate assignment to a tier
Knowledge of security features incorporated in credentialing
Assist graphic teams with design, modification, and approval of credentials
Use software provided with credential printers to produce physical credentials
Manage credential stock and associated accessories
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior sports experience preferred
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office programs to include Excel and Word
Operational knowledge of PhotoShop
Ability to work independently and respond to demands from media and throughout the organization
Must be available to work all home games in the season
Must be team-oriented, extremely outgoing, and motivated
